It’s cookie time again! The upcoming Kairos dates at R.J. Donovan Corrections Facility are October 22-25, 2009. They need about 3,500 dozen cookies to be shared in two prison yards where they are ministering. Rev. Don Diegelman will again be working on this team and will pick up the homemade cookies on Sunday, October 18, 2009 to be taken for the retreat. Please package the cookies in clear, zip-lock freezer bags (so they may be inspected at the prison). Package no more than two dozen per bag. Kairos is a Prison Ministry that occurs in the prison yard with teams of men from both inside and oustside the prison.Like Rev. Don told us once, they come for the cookies, and leave knowing the Lord. Please deliver the packaged cookies to the boxes that will be provided in the Narthex on October 18, 2009.
