Reverend Broghan Hunt

Pastor Broghan previously served First United Methodist Escondido and brings with her a wealth of experience, gifts, talents, and passion for ministry.

Pastor Broghan grew up in the UMC and has had an active career in Camp and Retreat ministries and in our local churches. Her call to ministry comes from being a part of church communities that showed up for one another, offering genuine support and an example of discipleship in the world. Often seen with a cup of coffee, she’s a passionate advocate for guiding people’s faithful steps.

When not discussing matters of faith, she can be found at the gym, strolling through town, or seeking friendly dogs to pet.

Adam Ferrara

Adam Ferrara serves as the Director of Music and Technology at the United Methodist Church of Vista, where he worship from the organ, piano and praise band. Originally from Michigan, Adam earned a Master of Music in Organ Performance from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance with a minor in Computer Science from Alma College. His extensive career as a collaborative pianist, organist, and composer has taken him across the United States and abroad to countries such as Ireland and Scotland.

In addition to his ministry at UMC Vista, Adam is the Principal Collaborative Pianist for the San Diego Children’s Choir and performs as both an accompanist and singer with the professional choral ensemble SACRA/PROFANA.

When he is not at the organ bench or directing the choir, Adam enjoys exploring the outdoors through Jeeping, mountain biking, and photography.
